In the world of cheese, Brie is king. With a rich history dating back to the 8th century in northern France, it is still a delectable item on any table. Smooth, creamy, buttery, with a hint of nuttiness, brie was made to be consumed on any occasion. Brie longs for a partner, it sighs with deep yearning for a connection. At Well Done Catering, we have taken this splendor of a cheese and elevated it to be paired with ingredients that compliment its soft texture and oh so gooey inside.

HOW DO WE DO IT?
The double crème wheels are topped with a variety of decadent concoctions and wrapped in a buttery puff pastry then frozen and sealed. Gourmet Brie is available anytime you need it.
Made fresh in-house. Keep in freezer so they are ready when you need that perfect addition to any gathering.
Our signature line of Gourmet Brie was inspired by the married flavors of nuts, fruits, mushrooms, herbs and other ingredients that make it a match in (cheese) heaven.
